Brueko No.6 (from the thomann.de website)

by Stephen
(Liverpool, UK)

Fantastic quality for the money (about £75), solid mahogany body, one piece maple neck. Lovely sound - not too sweet, crisp and clear. Intonation is virtually perfect (chords at 7th fret and up still sound like they should).

Bought this uke (http://www.brueko.com/en/standardmodels.html)
after owning a novelty spongebob uke and then a cheap mahalo (£20, red, not bad at all).

Thomann.de deserves a mention - ordered the uke on a Friday evening, order processed following morning and dispatched from Germany. Arrived at my house (Liverpool, UK) Wednesday morning.
