Bell Brand Banjo Ukulele

I picked this little banjo Ukulele at a rummage sale for $10.00. It was all cruddy with dirt caked on it, but it had all the parts. I cleaned it up and it sounds good. I have no idea how old it is or it's value. All it says on the tail piece is Bell Brand, Patented MCS Co.

I tuned it to a guitar tuning and it plays very well. I don't know if you're supposed to tune it differently, but it works well for me.
